How a return works

1. Write to us at with your order number.
2. Complete the withdrawal form.
3. Pack the goods in their original packaging.
4. We will agree the return method with you.
5. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What can be returned

Uninstalled, uncut goods in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

What cannot be returned

Installed, cut or damaged panels, and goods made to a custom order....
