All prices in the online shop are shown in euros. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices, but an order that has been placed and paid for is fulfilled at the price that applied when it was placed.

8. Returns and withdrawal

A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The Buyer gives notice of withdrawal in writing to or by completing the withdrawal form. Returned goods must be undamaged, uninstalled, uncut, in their original packaging and complete. Installed or cut goods cannot be returned, because they lose their saleable condition. Money is refunded within 14 days of the goods being returned.

11. Final provisions and disputes

Disputes are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or to a court of the Republic of Lithuania in the manner prescribed by law.
